Individual therapy provides a supportive, confidential space to explore anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the pressures that come with high expectations — both in and out of ring for equestrians. My approach is trauma-informed and process-oriented, meaning we work not only on challenges you face, but also on understanding the patterns, emotions, and experiences shaping how you respond to them. Together, we focus on building insight, emotional resilience, and practical tools that support lasting change and a more grounded sense of self. Format: 50-minute virtual or in-person sessions.
Mental skills coaching is geared towards equestrian athletes to enhance confidence, focus, and emotional regulation under pressure. Grounded in sport and performance psychology, sessions focus on developing skills such as managing performance anxiety, improving concentration, rebuilding confidence after setbacks, and performing consistently in high-stress environments. Coaching is goal-oriented and collaborative, designed to help you translate mental preparation into confident performance. Format: 50-minute virtual or in-person sessions.

Services include clinical career counseling for students and early-career professionals, consultation for licensed clinicians seeking support with complex cases or professional development, and mentorship for individuals pursuing or interested in the Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) pathway through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
